Sr. Marketing & Proposal Coordinator

Catamount Constructors is seeking a Sr. Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to manage and coordinate project pursuits, including RFQs and RFPs. This role involves sourcing and integrating technical content, preparing interview materials, and maintaining marketing information systems. The coordinator will also support leadership presentations and create marketing collateral.

• Manage and coordinate all pursuit production and coordination efforts (SOQs, RFQs, RFPs)
• Source and integrate technical content into compelling narratives
• Prepare interview materials (PowerPoints, boards, placemats)
• Develop and maintain marketing information systems and records
• Create Business Unit newsletters and support leadership presentations
• Coordinate and produce marketing and sales collateral
