Develop and manage annual marketing plans tied to business goals
Lead end-to-end development of integrated marketing initiatives
Partner with advisors on campaign execution across digital, social, content, and events
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal outcomes
7-10 years of marketing experience in professional or financial services
