Brenntag is seeking a Strategic Marketing Lead for our Beauty & Personal Care team in North America. You will develop and execute innovative content strategies across multiple channels, focusing on thought leadership and digital engagement. This role leverages market insights and data to drive customer acquisition, enhance brand positioning, and expand market share.

• Develop and drive content strategy aligned with business objectives
• Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, webinars)
• Collaborate with suppliers on co-created content
• Create sales enablement tools and thought leadership content
• Manage marketing calendar and measure campaign performance
• 3-5 years marketing experience, preferably in chemicals
