Performance Marketing Specialist

iProspect Greece is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join their team in Athens. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across major platforms for leading brands, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and measurable results. You will analyze performance, develop testing strategies, and collaborate with clients and internal teams.

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
• Develop and implement testing strategies for improved results
• Create performance reports using Looker Studio and Power BI
• Minimum 4 years of agency-side performance marketing experience
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
