Sr. AI/ML Engineer- Life Sciences

Abbott is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to apply advanced AI and ML algorithms to solve complex problems involving biological, genomic, clinical, and healthcare data. This role involves the full solution development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, and partners with biostatisticians and data scientists to advance cancer screening and precision oncology. You will contribute to the strategic vision for AI methodologies and mentor junior team members.

• Develop and deploy state-of-the-art AI/ML solutions for life sciences data
• Apply expertise in deep learning, neural networks, and LLMs
• Collaborate with biostatisticians, bioinformatics scientists, and data scientists
• Contribute to AI strategy and knowledge sharing
• Mentor junior engineers
• Requires PhD or Master's with 4 years of experience in a quantitative field
