Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Attentive is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build and scale production-grade ML systems for 1:1 personalization. You will own ML projects end-to-end, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to technical direction in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Design, build, and operate scalable machine learning systems for real-time targeting and personalization
• Own ML projects end-to-end from data exploration to deployment and monitoring
• Proactively safeguard model and system quality through testing and monitoring
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering partners
• Mentor and support other engineers
• 6+ years of experience building production ML software systems
