Senior Applied Engineer

PhysicsX is seeking a Senior Applied Engineer to join their new research team in Singapore. You will collaborate with scientists and customers to build AI-driven physical foundation models for engineering applications, transforming prototypes into scalable, optimized solutions. This role involves working at the intersection of data science and software engineering to deliver impactful AI models.

• Build AI models for real-world physics and engineering problems
• Design and scale physical foundation models for cloud compute
• Transform research prototypes into robust, optimized implementations
• Identify and advocate for best-in-class libraries and tools
• Translate research results into reusable libraries, tooling, and products
• Foster curiosity and initiative within the team
