About this role

Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of fraud detection and risk models, including AI-assisted workflows. This hands-on role requires deep data science expertise, practical AI/agentic workflow experience, and the infrastructure knowledge to ship solutions at scale. You will translate regulatory needs into technical strategies and partner across teams to drive impactful risk operations.

What we are looking for

Own full lifecycle of ML models: design, development, validation, deployment, and serving
Design and deploy AI-assisted analyst workflows using LLMs and agentic frameworks
Define and refine detection strategies based on emerging fraud patterns and regulatory requirements
Ensure model compliance with regulatory expectations (BSA/AML, OFAC, FinCEN, SR 11-7)
Lead cross-functional project teams through ML model and AI workflow development
7+ years in data science, ML, or MLOps with production detection model experience
