Senior Manager, Machine Learning Platform Engineer

Gilead Sciences is seeking a Senior Manager, Machine Learning Platform Engineer to operationalize machine learning models and data pipelines within R&D Quality. This role will build and maintain the ML infrastructure supporting quality insights, risk analytics, and continuous improvement, transforming prototypes into scalable production solutions. You will collaborate with data scientists and Quality teams to enhance decision-making and deliver life-changing therapies.

• Own ML and data infrastructure for R&D Quality
• Automate cloud infrastructure using IaC and containerization
• Develop and maintain ML model lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines
• Design and orchestrate robust batch and streaming data workflows
• Implement production operations, monitoring, and alerting for data pipelines and models
• Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to support quality workflows with AI
