As the first Applied AI Engineer, you will build production AI solutions that transform how our teams work and how members experience fitness. You will own the end-to-end development of agents, copilots, and automations, integrating them into existing systems and processes. This is a unique opportunity to shape the adoption of AI within a major UK fitness business and see the direct impact of your work.

- Design and build production-ready AI agents, copilots, and workflow automations
- Embed with business teams to deliver high-value AI solutions from prototype to production
- Contribute AI-enabled features to member-facing products
- Evaluate and monitor AI solutions in production, reporting on impact
- Coach team members and create reusable AI playbooks and standards
- Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with LLM APIs and prompt engineering
