AstraZeneca is seeking an early-career Scientist to join the Cellular Resilience team for groundbreaking discovery research in gene delivery and cell therapy. You will engineer immune cells and develop functional assays using your expertise in molecular biology and immunology to advance cellular therapies.
What we are looking for
6- Engineer cell lines and primary immune cells using viral and non-viral techniques
- Develop in-vitro cellular assays with high-throughput readouts
- Analyze and interpret complex experimental data
- BS/MS with 5+ years or PhD with 0+ years experience
- Hands-on experience with immune cell culture and engineering
- Experience with immune functional assays and multicolor flow cytometry
