AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and optimize advanced AI interactions for production software. You will build scalable AI systems using LLMs, orchestrate autonomous AI agents, and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. Your work will involve rigorous testing, observability, and bridging complex business logic with machine intelligence to ensure high-quality AI behaviors.

• Design and tune advanced prompts using techniques like Chain-of-Thought and Few-Shot learning
• Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain
• Implement function-calling and tool-use for LLM interaction with external systems
• Develop automated testing suites and LLM observability systems
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript for backend AI logic and API integrations
• Experience with vector databases and hybrid search retrieval methods
