AI Engineer - Decision Science

BMO is seeking an AI Engineer specializing in Decision Science to design and deploy intelligent systems for risk management. This role involves applying AI and ML to transform risk processes, including automated decisioning and leveraging LLMs for advanced solutions within financial services.

• Design and deploy AI/ML-driven decision science solutions for enterprise risk
• Build automated decisioning frameworks for optimization
• Develop advanced analytics including sentiment analysis and fraud detection
• Integrate agentic AI workflows and LLMs
• Process large datasets using Python, SQL, and SAS
• Ensure solutions meet governance, security, and responsible AI standards
