Carrier is seeking a Specialist in AI & Data Engineering to design, build, and evolve enterprise data and AI capabilities. This role focuses on developing scalable AI and data platforms on GCP, implementing automation and agentic AI solutions, and ensuring robust governance, security, and performance.

• Design and implement scalable AI, data, and automation platforms on GCP
• Build and operationalize cloud-native AI/ML solutions using Vertex AI, BigQuery
• Architect secure integration patterns across APIs, data sources, and workflows
• Develop and govern AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and human-in-the-loop controls
• Define and enforce security controls and responsible AI governance standards
• Lead and mentor junior engineers in AI platform, GCP, and MLOps initiatives
