Machine Learning Engineer

Join Zoom's GenAI Engineering team as a Machine Learning Engineer to build the core retrieval and reasoning systems for Zoom's AI Companion. You will design and implement scalable search and RAG pipelines, working with large language models and enterprise data to deliver intelligent AI agents.

• Design and implement scalable retrieval systems (vector, hybrid search)
• Optimize RAG pipelines for multi-step AI agents
• Develop ranking, relevance modeling, and evaluation frameworks
• Build indexing pipelines for heterogeneous enterprise data
• Experience with LLM-based applications and RAG systems
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, C#, or C++
