Senior AI/ML Engineer

Join Fidelity as a Senior AI/ML Engineer to build and operate AI/LLM systems at scale. You will focus on end-to-end data pipeline engineering and productionizing AI models, working hands-on with AWS and Snowflake. This role emphasizes robust engineering practices for real-time and batch data processing, model serving, and system reliability.

• Design and build real-time and batch data pipelines on AWS and Snowflake
• Productionize AI/ML/LLM systems including serving, agents, and retrieval pipelines
• Implement monitoring and observability for production AI systems
• Develop production-grade Python code with strong testing and CI/CD discipline
• Experience with vector databases and RAG patterns
• Deploy and operate AI/ML/LLM services in containerized environments
