Senior ML Engineer

Invoca is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to own the production ML systems that power their AI-driven revenue execution platform. This role focuses on transforming trained models into reliable, high-throughput services, enabling product teams to rapidly deploy AI-powered customer experiences. You will be responsible for the end-to-end ML lifecycle in production, including CI/CD, inference optimization, and infrastructure.

• Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML artifacts
• Ensure operational excellence for the ML stack (uptime, latency, throughput, cost)
• Own inference infrastructure end-to-end, optimizing for low latency and high throughput
• Fine-tune SLMs/LLMs using parameter-efficient methods for NLP applications
• Contribute to model training infrastructure, data pipelines, and data lake foundations
• Partner with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Applied AI Engineers to build foundational ML systems
