AI Engineer

Cargomatic is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to build agentic AI systems and automation tools for the trucking industry. This role involves rapid prototyping, integrating LLMs and data pipelines, and scaling solutions into production. You will work at the intersection of AI, product development, and infrastructure to deliver immediate business value.

• Design agentic AI workflows for logistics operations
• Integrate LLMs, APIs, and data pipelines into production services
• Build and implement agentic AI systems for autonomous decision-making
• Own evaluation frameworks for AI systems
• Implement guardrails, monitoring, and audit trails for AI systems
• Backend proficiency in Node.js and AWS experience
