About this role

Plata Card is seeking an AI Engineer to join their AI Team. This role focuses on automating business processes and enhancing productivity using AI tools, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs). You will develop and manage AI/ML pipelines, work with RAG and OCR solutions, and conduct experiments to drive product decisions.

What we are looking for

Develop and manage AI/ML pipelines using LLMs
Implement RAG-oriented data sources and evaluate model outputs
Implement and refine advanced OCR solutions for document analysis
Design and execute experiments and A/B tests for ML models
Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and ML pipelines
Expertise in Python and experience with CI/CD and end-to-end ownership
