Staff Data Scientist

Jerry.ai is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to join their central Data Science & Analytics team. You will be embedded in a core business area, owning the analytical function end-to-end, defining problems, surfacing insights, and driving business outcomes. This role requires a first-principles thinker with strong analytical skills and a track record of delivering impact in ambiguous environments.

• Own analytical function end-to-end within a business unit
• Define business problems and drive data-informed decisions
• Surface analytical insights and design experiments
• Collaborate with product, growth, finance, and operations teams
