Sr. Machine Learning Engineer (Recommendation Systems)

Philo is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead content personalization efforts and build advanced recommendation systems. You will research, design, and implement algorithms and large-scale systems to improve user engagement and content discovery for millions of users. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving ML innovation.

• Lead development of recommendation systems for SVOD, Live TV, and FAST
• Drive ML innovation at scale, ensuring performance and scalability
• Own the ML pipeline from data extraction to model deployment
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science & Engineering to deliver ML solutions
• Apply deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Conduct rigorous A/B testing and ML experiments
