Data Scientist II

As a Data Scientist II at Truist, you will leverage sophisticated analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to drive business outcomes and mitigate risk. You will independently conduct advanced data analysis, create compelling visualizations, and own the end-to-end delivery of data science solutions. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define objectives and requirements, and actively contributing to the adoption of new data science technologies.

• Perform sophisticated statistical and predictive analytics, and machine learning modeling
• Independently conduct advanced data analysis using structured and unstructured data
• Produce compelling data visualizations to communicate insights
• Own end-to-end data science solution design and technical delivery
• Write, document, and deploy custom code in Python, SAS, or R
• Research and advocate for emerging data science methods and technologies
