Data Scientist

Applied Materials is seeking a Data Scientist to join their team in Santa Clara, CA. This role involves designing and developing methods to analyze diverse big data sources, performing statistical analysis, and building analytical models and algorithms. You will work with internal customers to understand requirements and support product development through data analytics.

• Design and develop methods to consolidate and analyze big data
• Perform statistical and data-mining analysis
• Develop analytical models, algorithms, and automated processes
• Apply SQL and Python programming for data cleansing and integration
