Director, AI Engineering

Lead the technical strategy and execution for AI solutions at Cisco CX, focusing on customer adoption and renewals. You will manage high-performing engineering teams to operationalize autonomous agents, context engineering, and multi-agent orchestration platforms, delivering production-grade AI systems at scale.

• Drive end-to-end development of agentic AI solutions
• Lead architecture and build core platform for Agentic solutions
• Manage and mentor cross-functional software, ML, and data engineers
• Evaluate, select, and standardize AI tools, frameworks, and foundation models
• Partner with product management and business stakeholders
• Establish best practices for responsible AI and agent deployment
