Senior Machine Learning Engineer

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will lead the training and development of AI models, taking ownership of data quality, pipeline creation, and model design decisions. You will be responsible for shipping high-quality models into production and mentoring junior engineers.

• Lead AI initiatives, focusing on data and model training
• Build and maintain training/retraining pipelines in Azure AI Foundry
• Design and implement model architectures, including fine-tuning and prompting strategies
• Operate and manage distributed training setups
• Develop robust evaluation harnesses to ensure model quality
• Mentor junior engineers on machine learning concepts and practices
