Computational Biologist, Immune Cell Repolarization

Biohub is seeking a computational biologist experienced in machine learning and transcriptomic data analysis to join their immune cell reprogramming team. This role involves developing and applying AI methodologies to understand and engineer immune cells for disease treatment, collaborating with interdisciplinary researchers, and publishing findings.

• Develop and evaluate computational/AI methodologies for biological research
• Analyze transcriptional, TCR-Seq, and spatial data
• Leverage machine learning, statistics, and multi-omics
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary research environment
• Publish findings in preprints and software repositories
• PhD in Systems Biology, AI/ML, Statistics or MS with relevant experience
