Lead AI/ML Engineer (Computer Vision)

Lead a computer vision AI/ML engineering team to design, train, and deploy custom YOLO models for real-time object detection from full-motion video feeds. You will architect the end-to-end pipeline, define data strategies, and optimize model performance for critical government applications.

• Lead a 3-person AI/ML engineering team, setting technical direction and standards
• Design, train, and deploy custom YOLO architectures from scratch
• Architect end-to-end pipelines for video data processing and model training
• Define data curation and annotation standards for production datasets
• Optimize model inference speed and accuracy using GPU acceleration
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams for system integration
