AI/ML Enablement Lead Engineer

U.S. Bank is seeking an AI/ML Enablement Lead Engineer to drive the adoption and scaling of AI solutions within their Wealth, Corporate, Commercial & Institutional Banking division. This role involves partnering with business and technology leaders to identify opportunities, design and lead the delivery of AI-powered capabilities, and provide technical leadership to engineering teams.

• Lead AI/ML solution design and implementation
• Drive adoption of AI solutions across banking divisions
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams
• Experience with LLM, RAG, GenAI, and AI orchestration frameworks
• Leverage Azure OpenAI and other enterprise AI platforms
• Translate business needs into scalable AI solutions
