AI Engineer

Strada is seeking an AI Engineer and Solution Architect to lead a team in designing and building production LLM/RAG and agentic systems. This role requires a strong software engineering background with specialization in applied AI, focusing on technical direction, standards, and delivery discipline.

• Define technical standards and reference architecture for GenAI/Agentic AI delivery
• Architect and build end-to-end GenAI and Agentic AI solutions
• Own solution architecture across the full stack including backend, APIs, data, and cloud infrastructure
• Select and justify technical stacks including LLM providers and vector databases
• Build in evaluation, guardrails, and monitoring for AI systems
• Mentor and technically lead the GenAI team
