About this role

Carrier is seeking a Senior Research Engineer to join their Innovation COE in Syracuse, NY. This role focuses on developing novel intelligent climate and energy technologies, particularly in HVAC/R applications, with an emphasis on maturing early-stage technologies for electrification and energy management. The engineer will conduct feasibility studies, develop and validate technology alternatives, design and analyze tests, and identify solutions to improve system performance.
