Machine Learning Research Engineer

Anduril Industries is seeking a Machine Learning Research Engineer to develop and deploy advanced AI systems for defense applications. This role involves fine-tuning transformer architectures, prototyping LLM-based agentic systems, and working cross-functionally to solve real-world problems. The position requires 5+ years of experience in ML algorithm development and production deployment.

• Fine-tune transformer architectures for edge deployment
• Prototype LLM-based Agentic systems
• Develop and maintain mission relevant benchmarks
