Senior Manager, AI/ML Engineering

Lead Inari's AI team to develop and implement cutting-edge machine learning systems for predictive design in sustainable agriculture. You will own the ML roadmap, balance production delivery with innovation, and manage a team of engineers while remaining hands-on with complex problems.

• Own the roadmap for ML systems serving genomic, phenotypic, and multi-omic predictions
• Balance delivery of production ML workflows with exploration of new modeling approaches
• Decide on build vs. adopt strategies for foundation models and agentic systems
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-caliber team of ML engineers
• Set and execute technical direction and standards for the AI Team
• Partner with computational biologists to contextualize biological data
