• Lead research and engineering for AI agent models
• Improve answer quality, latency, cost, and safety
• Build evaluation harnesses and post-train LLMs
• Develop model routing and agent performance enhancements
• Address AI safety risks through adversarial testing
• 4+ years ML/software engineering experience with LLM fine-tuning and production deployment
