CS Data Science and Analytics Engineer

As a Data Science and Analytics Engineer at Bupa, you will leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI techniques to drive business transformation within Customer Service operations. You will deploy models, build predictive insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful analysis and visualizations that improve customer understanding and operational efficiency.

• Lead data science, ML, and AI projects aligned with business priorities
• Utilize SQL, Python, and DAX to build models and deliver predictive insights
• Develop deep understanding of customer needs and operational data
• Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders
• Coach peers and stakeholders in data science techniques
• Present insights using Power BI and support continuous improvement
