Research Engineer

Adaption is seeking a Research Engineer to build and deploy efficient, adaptive AI systems that evolve in real-time. You will drive the design and implementation of data strategies, working closely with the founding team to bridge applied research and product development. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating impactful, real-world AI solutions.

• Develop and deploy efficient, adaptive ML systems in production
• Own implementation of data products at Adaption
• Experience closing the loop from production signal to model retraining
• Expertise in online learning, reinforcement learning, or efficient ML architectures
• Strong software engineering skills with Python
• Familiarity with observability tools
