AI / ML Engineer

Synechron is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer with expertise in RAG, vector databases, and multimodal AI to develop intelligent applications. You will design and implement RAG pipelines, optimize semantic search solutions, and build multimodal AI applications processing various data formats. This role involves prompt engineering for LLMs and integrating AI features into enterprise applications.

• Design and implement enterprise-scale RAG pipelines
• Develop and optimize semantic search solutions using vector databases
• Build multimodal AI applications for text, images, and documents
• Create and optimize prompts for large language models
• Develop data ingestion, embedding, retrieval, and ranking strategies
• Evaluate and improve AI solution quality, accuracy, and latency
