Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Hyderabad

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join their Consumer Team in Hyderabad. This senior technical leadership role involves designing and operating ML systems for personalization, identity resolution, and audience intelligence, while also mentoring junior engineers and shaping the technical roadmap. You will be responsible for bringing models from experimentation to production, ensuring scalability, reliability, and impact on media and advertising outcomes.

• Lead technical design and architecture for ML systems
• Build ML models for identity resolution, audience intelligence, and forecasting
• Develop feature pipelines for real-time and batch data
• Own ML architecture for forecasting and personalization use cases
• Design evaluation approaches and improve model quality
• Mentor senior and MLE 2 engineers
