Senior Director, Data Development

Verana Health is seeking a Senior Director of Data Development to lead a team in applying machine learning to transform clinical data into scalable healthcare data products. This role involves developing and operationalizing ML solutions for structured and unstructured healthcare data, including clinical text and imaging, to generate real-world evidence and insights. You will report to the Chief Data & Science Officer and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data products meet quality requirements.

• Lead machine learning development for clinical data products
• Develop and operationalize ML solutions for EHR and imaging data
• Oversee a team focused on real-world data insights
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Medical teams
• Ensure data product quality and scientific rigor
• Translate ML advances into reliable healthcare systems
