Lead Machine Learning Engineer

May Mobility is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to enhance their autonomous vehicle technology. You will design, train, and evaluate state-of-the-art models for autonomous driving and ML platforms, leveraging emerging techniques in areas like Vision Language Action models. This role involves leading small teams and defining best practices for large-scale ML model development and evaluation.

• Design, train, and evaluate state-of-the-art ML models for autonomous driving
• Leverage emerging techniques in VLA, World, or Foundation models
• Lead small teams of cross-functional engineers
• Define data balance, training, and evaluation practices for petabyte-scale data
• Architect and train VLA, MMLM, or Generative World Models for commercial applications
• Analyze and address long-tail failure cases in large models
