Senior Data Scientist

Join MongoDB's Platform Data Science team as a Senior Data Scientist in Cork or Dublin. You will collaborate with engineers to research, prototype, and deploy machine learning features for MongoDB's core server, query engine, and Atlas cloud offering. This hybrid role focuses on embedding algorithmic rigor into critical systems like resource scaling, feature rollout, and performance optimization.

• Partner with engineering teams on resource scaling and monitoring systems
• Deliver production-ready ML algorithms with measurable business impact
• Own the full ML model feedback loop from instrumentation to iteration

• 5+ years of ML model development experience
