• Detect subtle agent failures and indirect user signals
• Build evaluations for detection quality with limited ground truth
• Ensure trustworthy patch generation and fix verification
• Optimize cost/quality tradeoffs for model-based evaluation
• Hands-on experience with LLMs in production
• Track record of shipping impactful products or systems
