Engineering Manager, Machine Learning

Apella is seeking an Engineering Manager for Machine Learning to lead three highly technical teams focused on computer vision, forecasting, and data platforms. This role is crucial for moving machine learning systems from research to production, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and deliver real-world impact in surgical healthcare operations. You will manage, mentor, and grow a team of engineers and data engineers, define roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate clinical needs into technical solutions.
