Supplier Quality Engineering - Sourcing Specialist

Manage the quality and technical aspects of supplier-delivered products for cutting-edge energy technology. You will lead root cause analysis for defects, implement quality development plans, conduct audits, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement to continuously improve supplier quality and reduce costs.

• Manage supplier Non-Conformity Records (NCR)
• Lead defect root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Implement supplier Quality Development Plans
• Qualify suppliers and conduct periodic audits
• Support cross-functional initiatives to improve supplier quality
• Degree in Mechanical/Materials Engineering or equivalent experience

• Must be authorized to work without sponsorship.
