You will train state-of-the-art models and research cutting-edge algorithms to build advanced agents for enterprise clients. This role involves applying proprietary agent-building algorithms to real-world datasets to achieve top-tier results.

• Train state-of-the-art models for enterprise deployment
• Research and integrate cutting-edge algorithms
• Build agents using proprietary agent-building algorithms
• Define tools, multi-agent systems, and complex rewards
• 1-3 years of experience building with LLMs in production
• Experience with post-training methods like RLHF/RLVR
