Associate Machine Learning Engineer

Medcan is seeking a motivated Associate Machine Learning Engineer to develop and deliver innovative AI and analytics solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will work on real-world ML/AI initiatives, gaining practical experience in implementation, software engineering, and cloud-based delivery under senior guidance.

• Develop, test, and enhance machine learning, forecasting, optimization, and AI pipelines
• Support design and implementation of AI agents, conversational AI, and RAG
• Perform feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance testing
• Integrate enterprise data sources, APIs, and tools into AI applications
• Design and execute testing activities including functional, integration, and ML model drift
• Contribute to reusable AI components, prototyping, and documentation
