Principal Machine Learning Engineer

LSEG is seeking a Principal Machine Learning Engineer to lead the technical direction and architecture of ML systems for a new matching platform. This role involves defining ML architecture, establishing engineering standards, driving MLOps maturity, and ensuring models are scalable, secure, explainable, and governed. You will mentor engineers and influence product decisions.

• Define end-to-end ML architecture for matching platform
• Lead adoption of MLOps patterns and AWS SageMaker capabilities
• Architect scalable feature pipelines and ML governance
• Mentor teams on advanced ML techniques
• Establish explainability standards and generate regulator-ready reason codes
• Architect automated training, deployment, and retraining pipelines using AWS SageMaker
