Manager; AI Engineering

Lead a team of software engineers in designing, building, and operating cloud-native AI agents and tools. This role involves technical and organizational leadership for enterprise-scale AI Assistants that transform customer, dealer, and employee interactions with digital products. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered applications and services, requiring a blend of people leadership and hands-on technical expertise in Generative AI.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of AI engineers
• Drive technical strategy and execution for cloud-native AI solutions
• Oversee design, development, deployment, and operation of AI agents and services
• Partner with product owners, architects, and data scientists
• Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and security controls
• Own service reliability, scalability, and production support for AI applications
