Senior Advisor, Agentic AI Solutions and SciML Engineer

Lilly is seeking a Senior Advisor, Agentic AI Solutions Engineer to join their Delivery, Devices, and Connected Solutions team in Indianapolis. This role focuses on translating AI and machine learning concepts into practical tools and workflows that enhance speed, productivity, and decision-making across drug delivery research and development. You will design, build, and deploy AI-enabled applications, agentic scientific systems, and knowledge extraction tools to tackle complex real-world challenges.

• Partner with business functions to identify AI opportunities
• Translate stakeholder needs into practical AI tools and technical designs
• Develop AI-enabled applications, services, and workflows
• Create reusable scientific agent skills and task harnesses
• Build agentic knowledge extraction and question-answering systems
• Champion software engineering best practices including CI/CD and MLOps
