Research Engineering/ Scientist Associate, I, II, III – Cell Culture Research Scientist and Lab Manager

Join the Savinov lab at UT Austin to conduct research on protein fragment regulators for various health and disease contexts. This role involves performing human tissue culture and molecular biology experiments, training new lab members, and managing lab operations including ordering and equipment maintenance.

• Perform human cell culture and molecular biology experiments
• Discover and design protein fragments as regulators of cellular protein interactions
• Train new laboratory members in routine procedures
• Manage laboratory operations, including ordering and inventory
• Maintain laboratory supplies, equipment, and shared reagents
• Assist with SOP development and documentation
