About this role

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to drive the development and deployment of production-grade AI systems, focusing on LLMs and agentic workflows. You will be instrumental in the entire AI lifecycle, from data ingestion and pipeline creation to model deployment and evaluation, ensuring our solutions are reliable and impactful.

What we are looking for

Develop and fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific applications
Build robust data pipelines for model training and iteration
Orchestrate multi-model agentic workflows and integrate into production
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
Strong programming skills in Python, C++, Java, or R
